JOB DESCRIPTION

Creating AI Models and Algorithms:
Develop artificial intelligence systems through the creation and implementation of algorithms.
Work on tasks like speech recognition, image processing, and decision-making processes within business applications.
Integrating AI Solutions:
Deploy AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction by writing code, deploying models to production, and continuously monitoring and updating them as needed.
Managing Data Flow and Infrastructure:
Handle the data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective AI deployment, including managing data pipelines, storage, and processing resources.
Generative AI:
Collect and preprocess data to ensure suitability for training generative models, handle large datasets, and augment data to ensure high data quality.
Fine-tune hyperparameters and deploy generative models into production environments.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and related fields.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals, emphasizing effective communication and teamwork for successful AI implementation.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Completion of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
Knowledge of AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, with a background in AI frameworks like OpenAI's GPT, Copilot, or similar.
Demonstrated ability in designing and improving prompts for AI applications.
Preferred expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Proficient in English communication.
