Lead Engineer (Power Platform)

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a lead engineer, you will provide optimal solutions by combining generative AI technologies with Microsoft Power Platform services to solve clients' business and development challenges. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing projects as the lead engineer. You will facilitate effective communication with stakeholders across all project phases to ensure project goals are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
Lead projects that effectively address client challenges using tools such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform. Specific responsibilities include:
Support for implementation of generative AI and Power Platform (proposal creation, requirement gathering, development, testing, operations, and maintenance)
Prototype development (e.g., Proof of Concept, support for small-scale pilots)
Business application development using Power Apps
Business process automation using Power Automate
RAG systems using Azure OpenAI
Ongoing operation and maintenance (including technical consultation and Q&A support)
Promote effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must-Haves
Experience with development using generative AI, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL and Custom Connector
Experience developing applications using languages such as C#, Python, or Java
Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English (equivalent to JLPT N4 or TOEIC700 over)
Nice-to-Haves
Experience as a project lead or system architect
Experience building or implementing systems using cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
Experience or interest in leading a team of technical specialists
