Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-temperature ceramic components used in a variety of industrial applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the lead engineer, the role involves using generative AI technologies in conjunction with Microsoft Power Platform services to solve business and development challenges for clients.
The primary responsibilities include project acquisition and management, as well as ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders during all project phases to meet project goals and ensure client satisfaction.
The role also involves leading projects using tools such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
This includes supporting the implementation of generative AI and Power Platform, prototype development, business application development, business process automation, RAG system utilization, and ongoing operation and maintenance.
Additionally, a key part of the role is fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Demonstrated proficiency in development using generative AI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and Custom Connector technologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java
Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English (equivalent to JLPT N4 or TOEIC700)
Experience as a project lead or system architect
Experience in building or implementing systems using cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
Experience or interest in leading a team of technical specialists

Serve as the primary bioinformatics subject matter expert for engineering teams developing cloud-native bioinformatics software. Collaborate with software architects to translate scientific workflows into scalable distributed computing architectures. Help engineers understand the computational characteristics, assumptions, and limitations of existing bioinformatics tools. Validate that modernized applications preserve scientific correctness and produce reproducible results. Define biological data models, metadata standards, controlled vocabularies, and best practices for data harmonization.
