JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate the project kick-off process, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and clear task assignment for all team members from the beginning
Make critical technical decisions within your area of expertise, offering expert guidance for the project
Take responsibility for project deliverables, ensuring all timelines and milestones are achieved
Maintain effective communication among all relevant stakeholders, including Partner BAs, PMs, and the Client
Develop and enhance the frontend services for the client's product
Produce high-quality, optimized and reusable code
Review code and offer feedback on potential issues
Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
Analyze, debug, and resolve complex bugs
Collaborate with an international team based in different locations
Create comprehensive technical documents

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 4 years of experience in the development and design of web applications within dynamic environments
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams or projects
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS with a solid understanding of client-side and server-side rendering strategies
Experience working with modern UI libraries such as Tailwind, MUI, Ant Design, or Element Plus
Knowledge of styling approaches including SCSS, LESS, and styled-components
Ability to build and maintain design systems and use Atomic Design Methodology to structure UI components
Familiarity with Storybook for component development and QA workflows
Experience using tools like Redux, Jotai, and TanStack Query for efficient state and data management
Proficiency with TanStack Router for modern routing in React applications
Familiarity with OpenAPI (Swagger), Postman, and HTTP clients like fetch or axios
Hands-on experience with unit tests, as well as E2E testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress
Ability to read and understand technical documents
Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to ambiguity and rapid changes in early-stage product development
Self-motivated and proactive in seeking help and completing tasks
Proficient in English language communication
Experience with cloud hosting platforms: AWS (CloudFront + S3), Azure (App Service), or on-premise setups
Familiarity with front-end deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, and automated release tools like semantic-release or changesets
Understanding of the CQRS pattern for backend communication
Exposure to micro-frontends or modular front-end architectures
