JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead enterprise workforce planning and productivity to align with the overall strategy
Create workforce demand and supply models for strategic decision making and planning purposes
Deliver executive level reporting to provide actionable insights
Achieve workforce and productivity targets to meet transformation aspirations
Develop and implement new planning frameworks, tools and technology for operational accuracy and efficiency
Promote a culture of innovation and continual improvement
Act as an effective leader and change agent to support the enterprise strategy
Possess strong strategic planning capabilities and ability to navigate between strategic and tactical levels
Ensure consistency in frameworks for continuous delivery
Set clear expectations, goals, and ethical boundaries for decision making
Efficiently manage people, budgets, and time, and coach teams to build competence and confidence

JOB REQUIREMENT

Looking for a professional with 10 years' experience in PMO/Portfolio Management, Workforce Planning, particularly in banking and financial services involving large-scale resource planning and allocation.
Must have experience in workforce and productivity analytics, strategy and transformation, as well as a proven track record of delivering consistent results in a complex business environment.
Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders to provide insights and drive change across business, operations, and technology.
Strong strategic workforce planning capabilities are necessary.
A broad perspective and an understanding of market, customer, and business strategies are important.
Essential capabilities include problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, effective stakeholder management, analytical and strategic mindset, and sound decision-making.
