JOB DESCRIPTION

Promoting & building awareness of Pegasi's capabilities to clients and candidates
Managing a team of 4-5 Recruitment Consultants in achieving individual KPIs and target revenue
Ensuring Recruitment Consultants' growth through supporting, training and coaching
Working with high-level candidates and hiring positions with a strong understanding of both sides
Working with the Customer Solutions Department to find suitable candidates for our clients
Acquiring new clients and ensuring their satisfaction and expectations
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Participating in side projects/tasks to improve the organization continuously
Other tasks are assigned by the line manager and company

JOB REQUIREMENT

Graduated from University
At least 4 years of recruitment experience in tech industry
At least 1 year of working experience in management position of a sales or recruitment team
Good adaptability to fast-paced work, and changes in a startup environment
Good communication in English
Willingness to work on other duties as assigned
Result-oriented and self-motivated
Hard-working and willing to learn
Integrity and Commitment
Optional - prefer Information Technology background
