JOB DESCRIPTION

Drive Technical Execution: Lead the design, development, and implementation of project solutions, ensuring technical excellence throughout.
Mentor & Guide: Support junior developers through coaching, code reviews, and hands-on guidance to foster growth and maintain high standards.
Perform FIT/GAP Analysis: Evaluate client requirements against Odoo capabilities to identify alignment, gaps, and customization opportunities.
Collaborate on Requirements: Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Code Optimization & Issue Resolution: Enhance system performance through efficient coding practices and proactive troubleshooting.
Ensure Quality & Reliability: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
Document & Support: Create clear technical documentation and provide responsive post-deployment support to ensure long-term success.
Technical Expertise: Gain hands-on experience across a broad tech stack including ERP systems, Python development, system integration, data migration, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and cybersecurity.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area (or equivalent work experience).
At least 4 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 2 years working with Python.
A minimum of 2 years involved in ERP/CRM implementation on various popular platforms such as Odoo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Infor, Epicor, Oracle, etc.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with web services and integrations (REST APIs, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, MessageQueue, SQL, etc.)
Demonstrated Learning Agility: Ability and willingness to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, or programming languages as needed.
Soft Skills:
Advanced-level English communication.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
Strong client-facing skills with the capability to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
Experience with Odoo implementation.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Previous work experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
