Learning and Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Implement and monitor training programs for personnel in the field of Information Technology, including technical skills, certifications, and soft skills. Led the L&D team and oversaw training programs.
Evaluate employee L&D options, training plans, and materials according to actual needs.
Collect and analyze metrics and training data to measure the impact of L&D programs. Analyze feedback and continuously improve training activities.
Update with e-learning and LMS technology, deploy tools to support training.
Monitor L&D budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost savings.
Interact with departments and key stakeholders to identify training needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with company goals.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years of L&D experience in the IT field.
Ability to reach, influence, and inspire others in training and development activities.
Logical thinking.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and high responsibility at work.
Collaborative and willing to share knowledge.
