Developing and deploying modern architectural patterns/techniques (microservices, DDD, TDD) including developing using modern frameworks, e.g. Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Developing and deploying modern frontend microservices, enrich DM Storybook using the latest Angular version. Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solution leveraging containers (AKS, Kubernetes, Docker) technologies. Using AI coding tools to speed up the development. Understand AI-Powered insurance solutions such as AI claim processing, recommendation engine... Hold yourself accountable to high engineering standards, pay special attention to performance and scalability Collaboration with architects, engineers and project teams to ensure engineering principles are met and built and act as a change agent Write structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code Demonstrate strong English communication skills (both verbal & written) Utilize rapid prototyping techniques to accelerate time-to-market for our customers Trend scouting around new technology

Recent 3+ years of cloud Native, Modern solution Architecture with recent 3+ years of insurance (preferred), Banking, Fintech, or e-commerce experience. Successfully designed and delivered secure, high performance resilient cloud native solutions using open-source frameworks. Experience with micro frontend, microservices, server-less code, Docker containers, Kubernetes orchestration framework. Continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), package deployments. Data High and Low level design deliverables - ERD, Logical and Physical Design Design and implement large and complex data solutions (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Analytics), having experience with some tools WS Glue, Lake Formation, AWS Athena, OpenMetadata. Experience with Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure at scale and architecture designs of cloudnative ecosystem. Experience with Data as a Service concepts and data virtualization Experience with designing solutions for managing highly complex business rules. Translate business requirements, including application resiliency requirements, into application architectural specifications. Create, evaluate and implement plans and design proposals for high impact IT solutions, involving leading edge technologies. Manage technical project delivery; perform code reviews and make recommendations of code changes; collaborate with vendor development staff to resolve technical challenges; help to analyse and determine performance tuning and scalability improvements of code and queries. Extensive experience in designing, developing and deploying large, scalable production applications on cloud/SaaS platforms Significant experience designing, deploying, and supporting production cloud environments, such as AWS and Azure Solid understanding of API and integration design principles (example 12 Factor Principles) Knowledge of Agile and DevOps software development tools and methodologies Experience creating custom policies in API Management platform Using AI coding tools to speed up the development.
