Work with sales teams to propose our best solutions to customers. Provide technical presentation, designs, POV, implementations, and troubleshooting of AWS projects co-operating with internal parties, vendors and partners to customers. Getting Certification as requested by company. Develop AWS solution design, including AI/ML, analytics, containerization, and serverless architecture, that ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability Ownership of MAP (Migration Acceleration Program) solution design in all the MAP phases (Assess, Mobilize, Migrate/Modernize) Design cost-effective and secure architectures by implementing security best-practices and ensuring compliance with frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, or AWS Well-Architected Framework. Lead the creation of well-structured solution offering or service offerings, that enable customers to adopt cloud solutions quickly. Lead the development of standardized Statements of Work (SoWs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), automation scripts, and common solution designs to streamline processes and facilitate scalability across projects. Work closely with cloud engineers, sales, marketing, and greater Westcon technical team across APAC Drives cloud adoption among partners and customers by sharing best practices, insights, and cloud strategies Engage in public speaking at Westcon and AWS events to showcase expertise and promote successful implementation of cloud solutions, maximizing their value Conduct hands-on workshops, certification programs, and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen partner expertise.

Utilize systems thinking and design thinking methodologies to analyze implications across the COM ecosystem.
