JOB DESCRIPTION

Working with the leadership team to create and execute the strategy for the Tech Academy
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Tech Academy and making decisions on training for colleagues
Partnering with the Global Tech Academy to establish a competency model for delivery teams company-wide
Managing a team focused on delivering customer-centric initiatives
Collaborating across regions and upholding professional and ethical behaviors
Working with workforce, talent acquisition, and engineering leaders to establish and uphold high-quality emerging talent programs
Designing and managing training programs and curriculum that align with customer needs
Cultivating an outcome-driven culture within emerging talent programs and beyond
Supporting the execution of Innovation Projects to address customers' pain points identified by the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in software development life cycle, TDD, and DDD
Familiarity with product design and human-centric design
Understanding of delivery performance metrics such as DORA and training and talent development
Project management expertise with a grasp of Agile and Scrum
Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration across delivery and BAU teams
Data-driven with clear written and verbal communication skills
Risk and compliance mindset with meticulous attention to detail
Capability to identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues
Capacity to manage changes within medium to large-scale projects or programs
Background in banking or finance is preferred
Demonstrated organizational management skills, strong work ethic, motivation, and dedication to talent growth in Vietnam
Previous involvement in creating large scalable training programs
Experience in talent development, either as a coach, mentor, trainer, or speaker
Background as engineers, product owners, or relevant roles in product teams
History of working in a large technology organization with multiple development teams
Comfortable delivering training materials as speakers/trainers for workshops/seminars of 50 - 200 people
Experience in contributing to business impact assessments, change readiness, communications, and learning strategies
Previous work experience in large-scale technology organizations, especially within financial services or similarly regulated environments
Experience with AI adoption for product delivery teams or large-scale organizations
