Manager, Technical Development Advisory

Work with experts to create technical learning solutions for addressing skill gaps and supporting capability development.

Manage the administration and optimization of learning management systems and related platforms for effective content delivery and a good learner experience.

Take charge of program management for training initiatives, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery coordination, and evaluation.

Collaborate with the Head of Technical Development Advisory and senior stakeholders to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities and transformation objectives.

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to uphold high standards across all learning content and delivery.

Develop and report on key performance metrics, learning analytics, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent learning experiences across multiple locations.

Design learning framework and strategies aligned with organizational technology strategy and capability frameworks.

Manage end-to-end program delivery, inclusive of planning, execution, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

Administer and optimize learning management systems (LMS) and associated educational technologies for seamless delivery and tracking.

Develop high-quality learning frameworks across various formats to cater to diverse learning styles.

Collaborate with external training providers, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders for integrated learning framework solutions.

Implement robust evaluation frameworks and use learning analytics to measure program effectiveness, learner outcomes, and ROI.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for all learning frameworks and programs.

Proficiency in adult learning framework principles.

Strong program and project management capabilities.

Knowledge of learning technologies, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and LMS platforms.

Data analysis and reporting capabilities using tools such as Power BI.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning frameworks.

Understanding of modern engineering practices (Agile, DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD).

Extensive background in designing and implementing learning framework strategies.

Familiarity with current trends and technologies in technical learning and development.

Deep understanding of varied delivery methodologies.

Proven experience in learning content design and development within a technology or corporate environment (5+ years).

Demonstrated track record in program management and delivery of large-scale learning initiatives.

Experience administering and optimizing learning management systems and educational technology platforms.

Background in working with technical subject matter experts and translating technical content into effective learning experiences.

Familiarity with modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.

Understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements.
