JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate collaboration of tech/product team with internal departments such as Marketing, Sales/BD, and Research to ensure efficient operations.
Lead commercial and innovation plans to offer the latest valuable insights to brands.
Develop and oversee regional expansion efforts.
Assume responsibility for the overall company performance, including P&L and strategic roadmap.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Experience in Market Research or E-commerce operations
At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Development Director or equivalent
Proven management and leadership skills
Critical and strategic thinking, analytical skills for business planning
Financial planning and decision-making based on financial analytics
E-commerce and retail knowledge for client consulting
People management and development, fostering team spirit and collaboration
Proficiency in English
Dynamic, ambitious, proactive, and driven by sales goals with a financial mindset
Quick adaptability and openness to change
Commitment to follow through with actions and providing support
