JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategic Leadership: Represent the company in Vietnam and execute the global strategy at the local level.
Transformation and Change Management: Lead the cultural and operational transformation of the Vietnam team, identifying capability gaps and building strong leadership.
People & Operations Management: Oversee all Vietnam operations, manage senior department heads, and scale operations.
Talent Development: Drive a performance-oriented culture and design programs to develop soft skills and business acumen.
Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Act as a cultural ambassador to foster mutual understanding.
Technology-Driven Operational Advantage: Champion initiatives to leverage emerging technologies and drive transformation in delivery models.

JOB REQUIREMENT

10 years of leadership experience in consulting services, particularly in ERP or technology consulting
Ability to build high-performing teams in engineering and consulting
Proficiency in global and cross-cultural business environments, including experience with or within American business consulting culture
Demonstrated capability to lead organizational change and capability uplift in complex environments
Previous experience in an Odoo consulting firm
