QA Engineer, Legal Tech

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work closely with the legal and engineering teams to ensure the quality of the smart form digitization service
Ensure that checklists & guidelines are strictly followed
Utilize various testing tools to aid the testing process
Improve team's efficiency by adding technological values to testing
Troubleshoot customer issues
Track & test customer change requests and reported issues
Apply your testing skill to other products and customer data at our Client.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimal 2 years of experience with website quality assurance or similar role
Highly responsible and hardworking
Align with company and team goals, and adapt to changes with engineering mindset
Excellent at time management & detail-oriented
Excellent at English reading comprehension (MUST)
Good at English communication
Good at analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

Provide technical leadership for the Sub-Domain and are accountable for on-time delivery of Software Development Life Cycle Epics and Features. Lead, coach and mentor technology resources to uplift skills/knowledge to perform their role and to build a high-performing team.
