ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is a innovative company that specializes in providing state-of-the-art technology solutions for businesses.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Create, document and implement comprehensive manual test cases for web and mobile (iOS/Android) user processes.
Ensure new features align with functional requirements, UI/UX specifications and cover edge cases.
Record defects with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots/video capture and assess severity.
Validate bug fixes, regressions and rollback scenarios across different environments (dev, QA, staging).
Test mobile builds on real devices and emulators.
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, address unclear acceptance criteria and refine user stories.
Update and maintain test plans, checklists and traceability matrices.
Provide stakeholders with daily QA status and release-readiness risk reports.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must be open-minded, eager to learn and quick to adapt to new environments.
Should have 2-3+ years of experience in manual QA testing in SaaS or enterprise web/mobile products.
A strong understanding of test case design techniques is required.
Hands-on experience with defect-tracking tools such as Linear or TestRail.
Familiarity with API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
Proficient in writing clear and concise bug reports and test documentation.
Ability to replicate production-like environments is a must.
Excellent analytical mindset and skepticism towards untested assumptions is critical.
Experience in multi-tenant SaaS architectures and knowledge of data privacy requirements is a plus.
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and security (OWASP) testing principles is beneficial.
Certification in ISTQB Foundation or equivalent is preferred.
