JOB DESCRIPTION
Show proficiency in D365 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, covering functional and development aspects.
Experience in overseeing end-to-end implementation projects, involving design, configuration, development, testing, training, post-implementation support, and reporting.
Familiarity with utilizing Out of Box (OOB) CE features and the capability to create technical designs or customize solutions to address identified gaps.
Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM DB Schema and Business Data Modelling, encompassing customizations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.
Work collaboratively with remote, onsite teams, and customer teams to establish CE implementation, configuration, customizations, and integration of business requirements.
Primary Responsibilities and Key Objectives:
Contribute to the development delivery team
Engage with stakeholders, gather and analyze Business Requirements, and transform them into functional requirements, functional and technical design documents for system development tasks.
Exhibit strong technical, written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
Perform testing (system and functional) and deployments.
Ensure the delivery of quality development projects.
Clearly communicate anticipated challenges and offer potential solutions or alternatives for various projects.
Transparently articulate unexpected issues or problems encountered and propose possible solutions or alternatives.
Think critically about potential impacts of development projects on the existing system and communicate these impacts effectively.
Support other team members by participating in brainstorming sessions, discussing potential solutions, and assisting in project reviews, both internally and by third parties.
Stay updated with the latest 365 CE versions and technology trends.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, with proven end-to-end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customizations, integration, workflows, plugin development, forms, views, and report development is required.
Knowledge and understanding of .NET framework, including extensive experience in writing C# or ASP.Net code, is mandatory.
Demonstrated implementation of workflow management and integration to plugins is essential.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service is necessary.
Experience in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI) is a requirement.
Proven knowledge of 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Modeling, including the customizations and development of Business Data Models, must be demonstrated.
Experience within Financial Service Industries and Credit is advantageous.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications are advantageous.
Ability to effectively collaborate with business partners and teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with people from all walks of life.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Can perform under minimal supervision and can adapt to changing environments.
