JOB DESCRIPTION

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of accountability and consistent delivery of customer impact. Your responsibilities will include challenging existing architectures, tools, and services to drive automation and effect positive change. Additionally, you will be instrumental in reducing development feedback loops and enhancing reliability and resiliency across our global Product and Engineering teams.
In this role, you will work within product teams to define DevOps standards and ensure alignment with the organization's goals. Your efforts will be directed at elevating these product teams to the "High/Elite" category based on key DevOps metrics. You will also be involved in developing new platforms with cutting-edge technology and influencing decision-making and rollout strategies. This role will involve promoting robust technical patterns and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for fostering continual growth and knowledge sharing of emerging technologies and practices. Identifying opportunities to implement new technologies and practices across the organization will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will mentor staff, facilitating learning and knowledge sharing of best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a relevant role or working with AWS and other cloud providers such as GCP, Azure, and Oracle.
Proficient in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Cloudformation, Serverless, Docker, Bash, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Container Orchestration systems like ECS, K8S, and Docker Compose.
Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer experience and enjoys working in DevOps to deliver positive results.
Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to challenge existing assumptions to achieve optimal outcomes.
Embraces collaboration with an open mind and heart, valuing the importance of simplifying tasks for others.
Position based in Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam).

13th-month salary model is in place.
Hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days in the office on average. Some teams may have set days for in-office work and may be required to come in more for office events or outings. Flexible working hours.
Office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday. Lunch and break time is from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Weekends include Saturdays and Sundays.
