We're seeking a Staff Data Engineer to own and evolve our data infrastructure as we scale globally. You'll design and build the data systems that power our platform - from real-time pipelines and analytics infrastructure to the AI/ML foundations enabling intelligent insurance products.#Data Architecture & Engineering Design and implement scalable, future-proof data architectures aligned with business objectives across multiple regions and regulatory environments Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery using modern orchestration tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka) Architect data solutions spanning data warehousing, data lakes, and real-time analytics Create and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, physical) using recognized modeling approaches Develop and document the enterprise data landscape, mapping data stores and flows across our microservices architecture#AI/ML Infrastructure Build and maintain data infrastructure supporting ML model training, deployment, and monitoring (MLOps) Design and implement vector database solutions for AI-powered features (e.g., MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, Pinecone, Weaviate) Develop data pipelines feeding recommendation engines, claims processing automation, fraud detection, and other AI-driven capabilities Ensure AI infrastructure scales globally while meeting data residency and compliance requirements#Data Operations & Quality Implement DataOps practices ensuring data quality, lineage, and governance across the platform Define and enforce data strategy and architectural principles across engineering teams Build monitoring and alerting for pipeline health, data quality, and SLA compliance Optimize query performance and cost efficiency across data systems#Technical Leadership Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into data solutions Act as a change agent, driving adoption of modern data practices across the organization Contribute to architectural reviews and technical decision-making Own data problems through to resolution

Engage with international stakeholders from various sectors and partners to accomplish project objectives Take accountability for meeting project targets and KPIs within specified deadlines, budget, and ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with program and project management, internal sub-project teams, external partners, and customers to establish project targets and provide regular project updates Assist in securing new customers by creating custom presentations related to software domains in close collaboration with project, product management, and sales Support the development process for Tier 2 suppliers to ensure successful implementation of projects, including applying project management tools and defining software development processes Participate in setting up an efficient software development process and defining interfaces to adapt to the customer-specific ACS project tool chain Collaborate with technical and business experts to define work products for the development team aligned with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and Automotive Chiplet System (ACS) platform requirements Assist in customer demonstrations and provide high-quality technical documentation for projects, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Senior Mobile Security Engineer (Forensics)

Examine and interpret large-scale datasets and fraudulent activities to identify patterns, clusters, and evolving fraudulent behavior, including understanding the methods and processes used by attackers. Collaborate with the mobile development team to create and integrate secure mobile SDK components for accurate collection of forensic data, aiding in the identification of location spoofing, emulator abuse, rooted/jailbroken environments, and other forms of environment manipulation. Lead and conduct in-depth technical research on emerging mobile fraud and evasion techniques, and translate the findings into practical forensic indicators. Establish and improve end-to-end incident response capabilities throughout the system, working with Data Science and ML teams to convert forensic insights into technical features, rules, and detection logic. Offer technical advice and mentorship to junior engineers on effective practices in mobile security, forensics, and data analysis.
