(Middle-Senior) Product Designer, Remotely

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Role
Be a founding member of our product design team
Apply design thinking and execution skills throughout the entire product lifecycle, keeping a keen eye on opportunities to step in and step up.  
Sometimes work on very broadly defined concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, strategical deliverables.
Participate in design team reviews and share your work regularly within the product design team meetings.
Excellent communication skills. In addition to your local team, you’ll be working with teams that are in various me zones.
 
Responsibilities
Lead the vision of your own product area, alongside their product and engineering counterparts, by defining business opportunities and translating insights into customer-facing experiences, while also defining how all of Coda Payments products work together. 
Set the design direction, design principles and refine design processes to ensure we get the right balance between delighting customers and having the right design governance in place.
Translate concepts into user flows and UI designs to create intuitive user experiences that you feel genuinely proud of creating.
Define and maintain the design system of all your products to produce consistent and intuitive user experiences.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 6 years of experience at a digital product agency or consultancy, with 3+ years in product designer role
Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of use for a global audience.
Experience in e-commerce and online payment products is a must or from a gaming industry is good to have.
Proven ability to manage mulple design requests in a mely fashion, with compeng priories and deadlines.
Empathic and confident, with an understanding of how research, data, and instinct play into decision making

Responsible for managing the Product Backlog to ensure transparency, visibility, and alignment with business priorities. Clearly articulate Product Backlog items, including acceptance criteria and relevant documentation. Prioritize features, bug fixes, and enhancements in the backlog to maximize product value.
