JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Analyst will have a significant role in establishing and building a new business focused on providing digital solutions and application development. This business aims to serve as a centralized hub for a range of banking products. The role requires a deep understanding of technology's potential to enhance customers' daily lives and meet their needs.
 
Some of the contributions this role will make include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and gathering and organizing information from various sources.
Identifying and defining business needs and issues, and effectively communicating requirements to stakeholders.
Converting business needs into functional designs and addressing gaps, as well as assessing proposed solutions and associated risks.
Working closely with the Digital Product Owner to understand product vision, priority, and roadmap, and ensuring high-quality delivery of the product.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis.
Fluent in English with strong written, spoken, and listening skills.
Familiarity with BABOK® Knowledge Areas.
Knowledgeable or experienced in Agile environments and strong abilities in logical thinking, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Experience in working on technology-enabled change programs/projects and software development is desirable.
Additional experience in developing and launching Digital Bank products is desirable.
Familiarity with BA toolbox tools such as Jira, Confluence, PlantUML, and MS Visio is desirable.
Professional certificates in Business Analysis are advantageous.
