JOB DESCRIPTION

Hợp tác với kỹ sư Nhật Bản để vận hành và phát triển các sản phẩm và dịch vụ.
Liên lạc với các bộ phận Marketing, Thiết kế hoặc Quản lý dự án để hiểu yêu cầu và triển khai.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm phát triển/vận hành Mobile App (iOS/Android).
Techstack: Thành thạo Kotlin, Swift hoặc Flutter; ưu tiên kinh nghiệm với SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose.
Kỹ năng tốt: Review code, viết Unit Test, am hiểu kiến trúc và lựa chọn công nghệ cho Mobile App.
Mở rộng: Có kiến thức/kinh nghiệm về hệ thống Web/Server; từng làm Team Leader là một lợi thế.
Tiếng Nhật: Trình độ tương đương N4 trở lên, có động lực học tập cao.
Mục tiêu: Có định hướng sang Nhật làm việc lâu dài.
Tố chất: Trung thực, cầu tiến và có khát vọng phát triển sự nghiệp.

Thu nhập: Lương cạnh tranh (Việt Nam) hoặc theo chuẩn thị trường Nhật Bản. Thử việc nhận 100% lương & BHXH.
Đãi ngộ đặc biệt: Thưởng đến 100 - 160 triệu VNĐ (50 - 100 man) khi sang Nhật làm việc lâu dài hoặc đạt trình độ N1.
Đào tạo: Tặng 100% học phí tiếng Nhật 1 kèm 1 với giáo viên bản ngữ (lịch học linh hoạt).
