We're seeking a community leader to build and lead our engineering front end community and teams. The teams are focused on the front end mobile frameworks and our design system architecture and roadmaps for our Client.This is a unique opportunity arising from our successful growth. You'll start with some strong teams of existing frontend engineers and a Product Manager. Initially, you'll be about 40-50% hands-on, gradually transitioning to a more leadership-focused role. You'll architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions while mentoring and developing your team.You'll collaborate with other Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Designers, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, and Product Engineers to define roadmaps, drive execution, and uphold best practices. You'll contribute to the codebase and guide your team in developing innovative solutions for our customers.#Responsibilities Front End Framework and Architecture Design: Ensure the design and architecture of our mobile applications is maintained and designed to meet our future growth and the needs of the developer community. Design and implement the overall architecture for our mobile applications, ensuring scalability, performance, maintainability, and security. This includes defining the technical stack, choosing appropriate frameworks and libraries, and establishing coding standards and best practices. Front End Community: Ensure all of our front end members develop their skills using a mixture of on the job learning and training. Be an advocate for the front end architecture and development approaching that you are responsible for in the wider engineering community. Global design system: Ensure that we have a platform that can give us flexibility and consistency to rapidly develop a global design system that automates this work and adopts AI techniques and tools. Our goal is to maximise efficiency whilst supporting a design that customers can love. Cross-Platform Development: Lead the development of cross-platform applications using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or similar technologies, targeting both iOS and Android platforms. Native Development (iOS & Android): Provide expertise and guidance on native iOS and Android development when needed for platform-specific features or performance optimization. Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide mobile developers, providing technical expertise, code reviews, and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. AI native approach. Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize application speed and memory usage, and ensure a smooth and responsive user experience. Testing & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, bug-free applications. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to the mobile architecture, development processes, and best practices. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology and development.

Develop a 3-year AI transformation roadmap aligned with business goals in IT outsourcing, product development, and ODC services. Prioritize highest-impact AI use cases in the organization using a build-vs-buy-vs-partner framework. Establish AI governance for model selection, cost management, data privacy, IP protection, and ethical AI guidelines. Implement AI-assisted development workflows for 1,000+ engineers, including AI code generation, review, automated testing, and AI-powered debugging. Drive adoption of AI orchestration platforms to automate repetitive engineering tasks. Create internal AI skills/training programs and a culture of continuous AI experimentation. Measure and report on productivity gains, quality improvements, and time-to-market acceleration from AI adoption. Collaborate with product teams to define AI features for various products. Lead the development of AI Copilots, intelligent assistants, and autonomous agents embedded within products. Guide the architecture of an Ontology-Based AI ERP/MES Platform, including Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG, and Multi-Agent Systems. Identify new AI-powered product opportunities in logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain to create new revenue streams. Advocate for AI internally, communicate the vision, celebrate wins, and address concerns across all levels. Partner with HR to define new AI-focused roles and refine hiring criteria. Collaborate with ODC/Client Delivery teams to package and sell AI capabilities to existing and new clients. Represent the company externally in conferences, thought leadership, and talent branding to position the company as an AI leader in the IT services industry.
