JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with technical leaders to establish a vision for mobile engineering initiatives.
Create innovative applications for Android and iOS platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Mentor and guide mobile developers to support their professional growth.
Address bugs and enhance application performance.
Research and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
Contribute to software development project planning, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
Design architecture for new products and features.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of mobile developers, offering guidance and support to achieve individual objectives and deliver high-quality code.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Over 6 years of experience in Mobile Development, with an additional 2+ years as a Mobile Development Team Leader.
Demonstrated expertise in iOS (SwiftUI and UIKit) or Android (Kotlin) development. Knowledge in both platforms is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with large-scale mobile apps targeting multiple countries.
Proficiency in modern mobile architecture and a plus if experienced in KMP (Kotlin Multiplatform) development.
Understanding of backend development technologies such as APIs and databases.
Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment.
Skilled in modularization and code artifact management.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Willingness to adapt and learn new practices and technologies.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including facilitation and negotiation.
Familiarity and experience with Agile methodology.
Proficient in working across various technical domains and translating technical discussions into business language.
Capable of delivering compelling presentations and leading a development team.
