JOB DESCRIPTION

Technical Excellence:
Possess expert-level proficiency in .NET development, with a deep understanding of the .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance .NET applications.
Architecture and Design:
Define and implement advanced software architecture and design principles.
Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance project outcomes.
Vendor Collaboration:
Act as a key point of contact and technical lead when collaborating with development teams from external vendors.
Represent technical interests, ensuring alignment with standards, best practices, and project goals.
Technical Representation:
Serve as a technical ambassador in external meetings, workshops, and collaborative discussions with vendor development teams.
Communicate effectively to bridge technical concepts for both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborative Project Delivery:
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and vendor representatives to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate joint decision-making processes and resolve technical challenges that may arise during collaboration.
Code Quality Assurance:
Enforce and uphold the highest standards of code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
Implement and oversee robust testing strategies to ensure the reliability and security of software solutions.
Mentorship and Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing expertise and contributing to their professional growth.
Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Proven ability to represent technical interests when collaborating with external vendors.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment is essential.
Extensive experience as a Senior .NET Developer with a successful project delivery track record is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior .NET Developer is necessary.
In-depth knowledge of advanced .NET technologies, software design principles, and architecture patterns is required.
Proficiency in database design and SQL Server is crucial.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AKS and Azure cloud platforms is preferable.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
