JOB DESCRIPTION

Contribute to the software development process using agile methodologies
Ensure the quality of technical solutions for medium to complex applications
Resolve technical conflicts and make informed decisions
Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and common design patterns
Establish standards, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews
Address complex technical issues and offer recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with architecture team on technical designs
Mentor and train developers to align with standards and become proficient in technical aspects
Independently design technical stack for projects and explore new technologies as needed

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
8 years of documented experience in software development using this specific stack
Proficient at setting up code base for medium to complex applications
Ability to read and write technical documents and reports in English
Capable of facilitating technical discussions between developers and non-technical stakeholders
Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team
Skilled at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
Possesses broad technical knowledge in various areas like front-end, database, and cloud
Familiarity with mainstream design methodologies such as ADD, UML, and BPMN
Experience with continuous integration and deployment technologies (Jenkins, Docker)
Strong focus on controlling technical quality, including design review, code review, and utilization of clean-code tools like Sonar
Desirable: experience or certifications in Amazon, Azure, and Oracle clouds
Experience with IT operations and live systems in production
Familiarity with the Agile methodology (Scrum)
Knowledge of other programming languages
Experience in leading a project or a team
