JOB DESCRIPTION

Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture in line with the organization's values.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and activities to ensure employees are motivated and aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize corporate events and internal communication activities that strengthen understanding, teamwork, and goal alignment.
Conduct regular surveys and feedback loops to understand employee sentiment and take action based on findings.
Organize initiatives that encourage employee involvement in company activities and foster positive workplace relationships.
Develop and execute plans to enhance the employer brand to attract top talent.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and other branding campaigns.
Cultivate partnerships with universities, industry organizations, and other external partners to build the employer brand.
Support the implementation of organizational training programs that enhance leadership development, technical skills, and employee growth.
Encourage a continuous learning environment that supports career progression and business growth.
Establish performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven adjustments.
Oversee internal communications strategy and implementation.
Develop communication materials using various tactics to articulate key messages.
Implement metrics reports to measure the effectiveness of internal communication channels and continuously improve internal communications plans.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Skilled in presenting in English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent level and up).
At least 5 years of experience in organizational development, as well as areas like employer branding, learning & development, or employee engagement.
Thorough understanding of HR best practices, organizational culture, and employee engagement strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
Capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Adaptable and open to change with a focus on continuous improvement.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic about creating positive organizational cultures.
Innovative thinker with the capacity to introduce new ideas and initiatives.
Familiarity with HR systems and tools for performance, engagement, and development metrics tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to act on feedback and drive improvements.

#Accounting, Tax & Financial Reporting (Quality & Accuracy Focused): (50% SOW) Lead monthly and annual closing in compliance with VAS with zero tolerance for errors. Prepare financial reports for Japan HQ, ensuring clear logic, variance analysis, and alignment with group governance standards. Review and validate all work output from the accounting staff (including tax filings: CIT, VAT, PIT) before submission to authorities or HQ. You are the final gatekeeper for accuracy. Serve as the primary representative for negotiations with banks, auditors, and tax authorities. Manage these relationships with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy to prevent conflicts and protect the company's reputation.
