JOB DESCRIPTION

Executing complete RTL / Gate-level Netlist to GDSII flow for blocks or full chip.
Taking ownership of the physical implementation of design partitions/blocks, ensuring timing clean blocks that meet sign-off targets including DRC, LVS & IR closure for tape-out readiness.
Handling floor planning & Power Planning
Managing Timing Closure & STA
Overseeing CTS & Signal Integrity
Conducting Physical Verification & Sign-off

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in EDA tools for EDA tools for Place & Route, Timing & Power, and Physical Verification
Familiarity with FPGA flow and knowledge of RTL / Netlist-to-GDSII
Experience in Multi-Vt / Multi-Voltage designs, Low power (UPF / COPF), and DFT-aware physical implementation
Familiarity with Advanced nodes (28nm → 3nm preferred)
Proficiency in Python/Perl/Shell scripting for automation
B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration

WHAT'S ON OFFER

This position offers hybrid working arrangements, with three days working in the office and flexible hours.
Salary is negotiable based on candidate expectations.
Employees are entitled to 18 paid leaves annually, which includes 12 annual leaves and 6 personal leaves.
The insurance plan includes coverage based on full salary, a 13th-month salary, and performance bonuses.
A monthly meal allowance of 730,000 VND is provided.
Employees receive 100% full salary and benefits from the start of employment.
Medical benefits are extended to the employee and their family.
The work environment is fast-paced, flexible, and multicultural with opportunities for travel to 49 countries.
