Platform Security Engineers

Helping teams improve operational effectiveness by aligning and documenting controls for evidence.

Assisting Security Partners and Assurance teams in finding opportunities to automate the collection of evidence.

Providing technical guidance to ensure that security configurations, such as Network policies, IAM, API authentication, and other Cloud components, are correctly implemented.

Assisting teams in developing secure CI and CD pipelines.

Assisting Security Partners in analyzing vulnerabilities and Pen-test findings that may impact non-application code-specific aspects of the solution.

Developing policies as code in assurance tools.

Conducting proof of concepts to test new security tools and implementations.

Collaborating with our company or other security engineers and penetration testers to develop abuse cases and threat models.

Eagerness to learn and share new security and technical opportunities within a wide-ranging scope.

Practical understanding of one or more security frameworks and standards.

Experience in cloud engineering and familiarity with security requirements for cloud environments.

Proficiency in software development lifecycle, CI/CD tools, and conducting code reviews.

Capability to write policies and automation in code form.

Contribution to Vulnerability Management findings, triage, and recommendation for action.

Utilization of research and analysis skills to identify new security automation possibilities.

Proficiency in comprehending detailed security requirements and effective communication with security and non-security stakeholders to resolve everyday issues.

Background in security and compliance within financial services.

Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.

Expertise in designing controls for SaaS and PaaS based services.

Experience in designing and architecting new software systems and integrations.

Proficient in languages such as Go, Java, or similar for development purposes.

Ability to design reports for stakeholders, especially related to security posture and compliance.

Work in a hybrid setting, spending 3 days in the office with flexible hours
