JOB DESCRIPTION

Taking full responsibility for designing, building, and maintaining web applications across the full stack, including front-end and back-end services.
Designing new software architectures, databases, and APIs for optimal performance and scalability while minimizing complexity.
Deploying and managing cloud infrastructure to ensure operational health, reliability, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Prioritizing feature development and utilizing AI-powered development tools for efficiency.
Independently debugging complex distributed-systems issues and making technical decisions in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
Collaborating effectively with remote teams to communicate technical decisions and project updates clearly.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Looking for a candidate with:
8+ years of professional software engineering experience in SaaS or product-led companies.
Deep knowledge of backend architecture, API design (REST/GraphQL), databases, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience building modern frontend applications integrated with backend APIs.
Practical experience provisioning, managing, and deploying cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency using modern AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development workflows.
High agency, strong bias for action, and a startup-ready mindset.
Nice to have:
Experience with canvas-based, diagram, or design tools
B2B SaaS or workflow product experience
Prior exposure to ML / AI-powered features
Working policy:
Vietnam-based role working closely with a US founding team.
Collaboration with experienced US product and engineering leaders.
Ownership of work.
Clear communication and async collaboration are essential.
