Principal Golang Engineer

Creating robust services capable of managing large volumes of data

Crafting efficient databases that meet both functional and non-functional demands

Producing tidy, sustainable code

Enhancing code quality through ongoing refinements

Monitoring application performance and resolving system issues

Mentoring junior and mid-level team members

Minimum 5 years of Backend Development experience

Proficient in Golang

Thorough understanding of SOLID principles, common design patterns, and best practices

Strong expertise in MySQL or PostgreSQL, including performance optimization

Skills in complex system architecture, specifically in API integration with external systems

Proficiency in application performance monitoring and optimization

Experience in automation and end-to-end testing

Extensive knowledge in web security

Familiarity with CI/CD and Docker

Strong English communication skills

Experience leading projects as a team leader

Proven sense of ownership

Familiarity with Graphql

Knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform

Experience with Amazon Web Services

Proven track record in service operation for production

Proficiency in frontend development (TypeScript, ReactJS/VueJS)

Experience in mentoring and coaching junior/mid-level team members

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible check-in from 8 AM to 9 AM

Hybrid Work: 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home

Time off: 16 days annually, including 12 paid leaves, a 3-day vacation, and Dec 31st off

Paternity leave: Additional 5 days off

Performance review: Conducted twice a year in June and December

Bonus: 13th-month salary
