JOB DESCRIPTION

Create BtoB applications with a large volume of data from the ground up
Create a sophisticated architecture with API integration to external systems
Promptly address system failures or irregularities through monitoring and notifications
Enhance CI/CD for product delivery
Implement tools, systems, and practices for efficient development
Foster the core skills of team members
Manage a development team of 7+ members using Agile/Scrum methodologies and processes

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 8 years of experience in Backend Development
Proficiency in Golang
Sound understanding of SOLID principles, common design patterns, and best practices
Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL with emphasis on performance tuning and optimization
Experience in complex system architecture involving API integration with external systems
Proficiency in application performance monitoring and optimization
Proficiency in automation testing and E2E testing
Extensive knowledge of web security
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Amazon Web Services
Experience in service operation on production
Frontend development experience (TypeScript, ReactJS/VueJS)
Strong English verbal communication skills
Project leadership experience, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Strong sense of ownership
Ability to build and review technical architecture, provide solutions for technical problems, and train junior team members
Experience with Terraform (IaC)
Experience in a scrum master role
Exposure to working in a multi-cultural environment

Develop risk-based testing strategies for releases, including scoping, estimating, preparing test data, defining entry and exit criteria. Ensure seamless end-to-end flows across frontend, backend, and integrations with third-party systems, covering multiple countries, currencies, and payment methods. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, verifying payment lifecycle and handling of failures such as refunds, settlements, retries, idempotency, and webhooks. Manage defect reporting and triage, communicate quality status and risks effectively, and make evidence-based decisions on whether to proceed with releases.
