Principal Golang Engineer (Technical Leader)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Create large-scale database-driven applications from the ground up
Establish intricate architecture with API integration to external systems
Rapidly address system malfunctions or irregularities through monitoring and notifications
Enhance Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery processes for product deployment
Implement tools, systems, and practices to optimize development workflows
Foster the professional growth of team members
Lead agile development with a scrum approach
JOB REQUIREMENT
7+ years of experience in web development, including 3 years working with static typing languages
Over 2 years of proficiency in Golang
Expertise in deploying applications in a production environment
Ability to lead projects as a team leader
Skilled in enhancing application performance
Demonstrated experience in educating team members
Proficient in agile development methodologies
Strong sense of ownership in tasks and projects
Nice to Have
Experience in developing applications for businesses (toB)
Familiarity with Docker/Container technologies
Professional working proficiency in English
WHAT'S ON OFFER
Flexible working hours on weekdays, with an option to check in between 8 AM to 9 AM
