JOB DESCRIPTION

Build Scalable Systems: Develop high-performance, secure, and scalable applications that power core banking functions.
Master the Domain: Gain deep expertise in digital banking operations, including deposits, loans, clearing and settlement, basic accounting, domestic exchange, and the Zengin network.
Collaborate Closely: Partner with product owners to define clear, actionable requirements that align with business goals.
Ensure Quality & Security: Write, test, and deploy code that meets rigorous non-functional standards-covering static analysis, software composition, SAST, DAST, and numerical accuracy.
Design Microservices: Architect and implement robust microservices with a strong focus on API design and performance.
Champion Automation: Drive test automation and continuous improvement, with emphasis on API testing and reliability.
Own the Lifecycle: Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle-from design and development to deployment and maintenance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of practical experience using Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
Proficiency in SQL, Apache Kafka, and relevant technologies.
Ability to create and automate tests.
Hands-on experience with relational/non-relational databases, encompassing transaction management, query optimization, and schema design.
Knowledge of microservice architecture and API design, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and supportability.
Demonstrated development experience with adequate domain knowledge (industry specifics not required).
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and practices.
Experience in developing cloud-native applications on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
A degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in the finance sector, especially in banks or fintech.
Basic knowledge of accounting or double-entry bookkeeping.
Understanding of CCP and settlement mechanisms.
Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines in the cloud from development to production.
Experience in AI development or utilizing AI tools to enhance development processes.
Recently, there has been an announcement about an AI Strategy roadmap at the company, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies with AI and integrating AI agents into products for better user value.

Support training infrastructure: self-service VM provisioning, RunPod burst capacity, Weights and Biases integration. Drive infrastructure reliability, cost efficiency, and capacity planning as the platform scales.

Build and maintain high-fidelity digital twin environments for Asimov across MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, and Unreal Engine, calibrated to real hardware behavior. Design and own the systems -- not just the environments -- that let locomotion, autonomy, and perception teams generate, validate, and iterate on simulation scenarios at scale. Build pipelines for asset import, USD and MJCF workflows, sensor modeling, and real-to-sim calibration to keep digital twins synchronized with evolving hardware.
