JOB DESCRIPTION

Contribute to the development of software using agile methodologies.
Ensure the quality of technical solutions for various applications.
Resolve technical conflicts and make informed decisions about technical choices.
Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and common design patterns.
Establish standards, provide technical guidance, and conduct reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
Hands-on approach to solving complex technical issues.
Conduct code reviews, offer recommendations for improving code quality, reducing technical debt, and implementing unit tests and coding standards.
Work with the architecture team to update or create technical designs.
Mentor and train developers to implement software according to designs and standards and become independent in technical aspects.
Independently design technical stacks for development projects, and research new technologies and frameworks when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
6 or more years of experience in software development within a particular technology stack is necessary.
Proficiency in setting up the code base for simple to medium applications is essential.
The ability to write and understand technical documents in English is important.
Bridging technical discussions between developers and non-technical stakeholders is a required skill.
Both independent work and collaboration within a team are crucial.
Strong multitasking and task prioritization abilities are necessary.
A wide technical knowledge base in areas such as front-end, database, and cloud is required.
Understanding of mainstream design methodologies such as ADD, UML, and BPMN is necessary.
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment technologies like Jenkins and Docker is essential.
A strong emphasis on maintaining technical quality, including experience in design review, code review, and clean-code tools like Sonar, is crucial.
 
Nice to have
Experience or certifications with major cloud services such as Amazon, Azure, and Oracle are advantageous.
Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum) is beneficial.
Familiarity with other programming languages is a plus.
Experience in project leadership or team management is desirable.
