Product Design

The responsibilities of a Product Designer include:

Developing designs focused on user needs, through a deep grasp of business requirements and user feedback

Converting requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and visually appealing user interfaces, encompassing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

Recognizing and resolving UX issues

Collaborating successfully with product, engineering, and management teams

Integrating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design for improved user experience

Generating storyboards to visualize designs and effectively convey project plans.

Completion of a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.

Demonstrate a professional portfolio of UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms.

Proficiency in using wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision.

Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently as needed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Evaluate performance according to the performance management plan on an annual basis
