Our client is a leading company in the development of autonomous driving technology

JOB DESCRIPTION

Transform complex financial logic and backend infrastructure into clear, intuitive user experiences.
Design dashboards, workflows, and visual systems that support payment processing, orchestration, and automation.
Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring alignment with React component architecture.
Collaborate closely with engineers to define and refine UX states across real-world scenarios-success, failure, pending, and retry.
Prototype and validate new features using real data and contextual user insights.
Actively contribute to product strategy discussions, shaping user journeys before any visual design begins.
Champion usability and domain accuracy as core benchmarks for design excellence.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in fintech, B2B SaaS, or data-heavy systems
Strong skills in product and system thinking, focusing on designing for states and workflow rather than just screens
Adept in using Figma, particularly in Auto Layout, Variants, Tokens, and Components
Capability to translate backend logic, APIs, and data models into coherent user experiences
Excellent communication and documentation abilities using tools such as Linear, Figma, and Slack
Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers and iterating quickly without the need for handoffs
Bonus points for:
Experience in fintech, payments, or compliance-related products
Exposure to analytics or developer tooling
Understanding of design-to-code workflows, specifically React component parity and tokens
Strong craft in interaction or motion design using tools like Framer and ProtoPie
