JOB DESCRIPTION

Principal Product Designer will work with multiple stakeholders to build the product and all our vision. This person will accelerate the development process and build the design system that have a fundamental of scalability, usability and experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Help develop a common design language across systems and applications that can be used seamlessly even across very different use cases. For example, a marketing leader can present their screen to a finance manager and both are able to understand the information presented given the common language.
Create the vision for developing, communicating, and implementing the user experience design for multiple products across platforms; follow through with the processes and tactics to implement the vision
Balance design with enterprise software operational objectives, resulting in extraordinary customer experiences.
Solicit and accept feedback, weigh inputs and priorities, and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve healthy debates.
Create the vision for innovative new solutions in a wide variety of user experience challenges including: mobile, desktop, web, wearable devices.
Collaborate with senior leaders from Product Management and Engineering to define the product vision. Present work to the Company executive team for review and feedback
Work with development partners to create solutions that meet a high customer experience bar and fit with the technology requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1-3 years of experience as a product designer
1 year of industry experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related role.
A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating human-centered design solutions and showing your ability to turn ideas into a strong and unique creative vision.
Experience designing SaaS for enterprise software systems
Master’s Degree in visual/graphic design, HCI, interaction design, or related field preferred. May be substituted with significant industry experience and accomplishments.
Proven track record delivering results in a collaborative team, partnering closely with developers and customers to ensure that interactive techniques and technologies translate through to shipping products and services
Talent for crafting imaginative and innovative design solutions to both deliver a bold vision and iterate quickly on concepts while maintaining user expectations through pattern consistency and interaction harmony.
Ability to organize, plan, and stay ahead of the work. Own the designs and executing independently.
Strong bias for action including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast paced, dynamic environment and large scope product.
Passion for learning and innovation, balanced with business needs and customer expectations
Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., tracking and monitoring data, conducting usability studies, performing user research).
Desire to work in a start-up style environment, where iteration, failing fast are encouraged.
