Product Designer (UI/UX)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our customers and internal business teams
Develop storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas that are incredibly simple and elegant
Gauge the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change
Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
Partner with product, engineering, and analytics to deliver effective user experiences from conception to post-launch optimization

JOB REQUIREMENT

Strong experience in designing and shipping digital products
Portfolio of interaction design focused work samples for web and mobile applications
Advanced Vietnamese language skills
Able to work autonomously while guiding other team members
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design (hybrid UX and UI)
A solid understanding of prototyping methodologies and tools
Multitasking skills & ability to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English language skills
Previous experience creating administrative systems (e.g. CMS admin interface)
Experience in a start-up environment
Experience designing for multiple, global markets
Experience researching and validating market and customer needs
Responsibility for regular iterations; developing and incrementally improving digital products based on long-term product roadmaps and user research
Experience with conversion optimisation
Experience of ethnographic and exploratory research
Experience participating in various types of workshops
