JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Position:
We are seeking a seasoned Product Director to oversee the Platform Product portfolio, playing a pivotal role in strengthening communication and trust within our company's marketplace. This position holds significant importance in contributing to our mission and overall business triumph.
As the Product Director, your main responsibility will be to shape the product strategy and drive the delivery of solutions that facilitate effective and secure connections, engagements, and transactions for buyers, sellers, and businesses in our marketplaces.
You will helm a team of product managers dedicated to product development, collaborating closely with other teams such as product engineering, data, marketing, and operations. This position is located in Ho Chi Minh City and reports directly to the CTO, while also maintaining close partnerships with the engineering heads of the company group.
Responsibilities:
Lead the product strategy, planning, and implementation for common platform products across the company.
Align product priorities with broader business objectives, establishing clear and measurable product goals.
Work collaboratively with relevant engineering teams to enhance product cadences continuously.
Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement through mentorship, feedback, and the use of metrics.
Inspire the team to innovate and elevate execution to create outstanding product experiences for users.
Develop strategic domain insights by leveraging internal data, market and user research, and industry best practices to uncover breakthrough opportunities.

Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Proficient analytical skills, including the ability to extract insights from data using self-serve analytical tools.

Previous experience managing teams and coaching product managers.
