JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Director to lead the Platform Product portfolio that powers our company marketplace communication and trust foundations. This is a key critical role that would contribute greatly to our mission and business success.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the overall product strategy and championing the delivery of the enabling solutions that help buyers, sellers and businesses connect, engage and transact effectively and safely in our marketplaces.
You will lead a team of product managers who are responsible for product development, partnering closely with other product engineering, data, marketing and operations teams. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh city, reporting directly to the CTO and partnering closely with engineering heads of company group.
Responsibility:
Drive our product strategy, planning and delivery for common platform products across company.
Align product priority with broader business objectives with clear measurable product goals.
Continuously improve Product cadences in close collaboration with relevant engineering organisations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, feedback and metrics.
Inspire the team to innovate and amp up execution to delight users with great product experience.
Develop strategic domain insights by combining internal data, market and user research, and industry best practices to deliver breakthrough opportunities.

Analytical skills to extract insights from data via self-serve data analytical tools.

Organize Showcases to create visibility, excitement, and promote reuse. Oversee the end-to-end user experience design for the Data Mesh Platform, aiming for clarity, trust, and ease of use. Shape how users discover, understand, and interact with data products across domains. Maintain UX standards in partnership with the customer-facing UX Design team. Take a deeply user-centric approach to drive change through intuitive and guided technology. Engage with end users to understand needs and gather insights. Integrate continuous feedback loops and iterate quickly to improve platform usability. Ensure all Mesh Experience features support adoption and reinforce the "data-as-a-product" mindset. Maintain active channels for communication and updates. Communicate expectations, standards, and timelines clearly. Highlight wins and success stories to build momentum. Curate relevant external content to support the transformation. Monitor progress of rollout, leader boards, and raise blockers with appropriate stakeholders. Utilize data to highlight platform adoption, culture change, wins, and challenges. Produce clear and compelling summaries on adoption progress for decision making. Manage end user feedback and be the link between users and the platform team.
