JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead product strategy, planning, and delivery for the company marketplace platform.
Align product priority with broader business objectives with clear measurable product goals.
Continuously improve Product cadences in close collaboration with Engineering teams.
Attract, coach, and retain empowered product managers to thrive with fun in a fast-paced environment.
Inspire the team to innovate and amp up execution to delight users with a great product experience.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics.
Develop strategic domain insights by combining internal data, market and user research, and industry best practices to deliver breakthrough opportunities.
Champion product management functional excellence across all Cho Tot business units.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Key qualities
Must have:
Strong product management experience in diverse product portfolio set up and able to transfer strategy into clear prioritization and execution roadmap.
Strong team and people management experience in mentoring, guiding, and conflict management.
User focus product mindset, great empathy, and user obsession with trained muscle in making data inform decisions.
Should have
Strong drive and resourcefulness to persevere and overcome obstacles.
Highly influential communication both verbal and written.
Multi-level stakeholders and functional team management.
Strong Business Acumen, financial fluency and a strong understanding of a profit and loss account,
Nice to have
Analytical skills to extract insights from data via self-serve data analytical tools
Digital product startup experience in the region.
Technology background in previous industry experience.
SEO experience and know how.
