JOB DESCRIPTION

Conceptualize and develop products and features, aligning them with strategic goals and shipping them to production.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for product success by iterating based on user feedback.
Develop and document feature and project scopes, as well as technical design documents.
Implement technical improvements to enhance application performance, stability, and scalability.
Actively contribute to refining development processes, code quality, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with designers to ensure a seamless UX/UI and support the Customer Success team in understanding product usage.
Take ownership of product quality and actively engage in testing as an integral part of the development process.

JOB REQUIREMENT

3-5 years of experience building customer-facing, full-stack web applications as a software engineer in a dynamic environment where real software has been developed for real customers.
Proficiency in crafting polished and high-performance UI, particularly with Angular, and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and explain solutions confidently in English.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to unravel complex issues and find effective solutions.
A strong focus on product quality, including UX, speed, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into daily work processes.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from idea to completion, while also being comfortable with ambiguity and open to learning and iterating.
Self-motivated and focused on delivering value through enjoyable work.
Possesses a mature and professional attitude, with a low ego and the ability to put personal biases aside when making decisions.
Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS for development of polished UI.
Strong understanding of state management and front-end performance concerns.
Experience in designing and building REST APIs, preferably in NestJS, with a focus on clean API contracts and validation.
Strong data modeling skills and the ability to work in existing codebases.
Nice to have: experience with event-driven messaging, integrations with third-party platforms, or AI features.
