Oversee QA delivery and performance across 10+ product lines, including test automation and performance testing. Lead and develop five team leads through goal setting, regular one-on-ones, performance management, and hiring, including onboarding two new hires. Set and manage team-level targets against the organisation's QA scorecard, focusing on measurable quality outcomes rather than test case counts. Manage daily QA operations within the release train model, covering defect lifecycle, test execution, triage, estimation, reviews, and reporting, while proposing improvements to the model. Strengthen team leads' specification review and estimation capabilities, enabling them to handle area-level scoping independently without VP involvement. Increase test automation coverage and engineer productivity while accelerating testing cycles without compromising coverage or confidence. Lead QA's analysis of escaped defects, ensuring customer issues drive process improvements. Collaborate with Support to identify recurring and high-impact issues and share insights across teams. Partner with Product and Development to assess requirements from a customer impact perspective and strengthen defect prevention. Prepare quarterly business reviews and present team performance metrics alongside the VP, who owns the QA narrative for executive leadership. Provide quality evidence to support the VP's release go/no-go decisions, without owning the final release decision.

#Vai trò: Phân tích dữ liệu sản phẩm và hành vi người dùng để xác định cơ hội tăng trưởng cho các chỉ số sản phẩm trọng yếu. Xây dựng giả thuyết tăng trưởng và thiết kế các thử nghiệm sản phẩm nhằm cải thiện các chỉ số sản phẩm trọng yếu. Thiết kế giải pháp sản phẩm và phối hợp với các team liên quan để triển khai. Theo dõi hiệu quả sau triển khai và tối ưu liên tục dựa trên dữ liệu. Quản lý và định hướng các hoạt động của bộ phận AI nhằm thực hiện chiến lược chung.#Nhiệm vụ trọng tâm: #Nhiệm vụ 1: Theo dõi, quản lý và chịu trách nhiệm về performance của nhóm từ khóa được phân công, bao gồm thứ hạng, traffic, CTR, impression và các biến động quan trọng trên nền tảng tìm kiếm. Thực hiện các hoạt động tối ưu SEO onpage và offpage cho nhóm landing page/link được giao theo định hướng và tiêu chuẩn SEO. Phối hợp tối ưu nội dung, internal link, title, meta description, heading, entity signals và cấu trúc trang nhằm cải thiện khả năng hiển thị của trang web trên các truy vấn liên quan đến nghề nghiệp và thị trường lao động. Chủ động theo dõi biến động từ khóa, traffic và hiệu quả SEO; phân tích nguyên nhân tăng/giảm và báo cáo định kỳ cho quản lý. Đề xuất các cơ hội tăng trưởng mới từ dữ liệu tìm kiếm, hành vi người dùng và xu hướng truy vấn nhằm gia tăng nguồn ứng viên chất lượng cho hệ sinh thái trang web.#Nhiệm vụ 2: Thực hiện kiểm tra và theo dõi các yếu tố Technical SEO theo hướng dẫn của quản lý, bao gồm schema, tốc độ index, crawlability, headings, internal links, canonical, sitemap và các lỗi kỹ thuật ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả SEO. Hỗ trợ rà soát và tối ưu các yếu tố kỹ thuật trên website nhằm đảm bảo các trang quan trọng được công cụ tìm kiếm thu thập, hiểu và hiển thị hiệu quả. Phối hợp với các team liên quan để phát hiện, ghi nhận và theo dõi quá trình xử lý các lỗi kỹ thuật ảnh hưởng đến traffic, ranking hoặc khả năng hiển thị của trang web. Theo dõi sức khỏe SEO của các nhóm page được phân công, kịp thời phát hiện các vấn đề có thể ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả tăng trưởng organic.#Nhiệm vụ 3: Nghiên cứu các nhóm truy vấn có khả năng kích hoạt AI Overview, AI-generated answers và các câu trả lời từ nền tảng AI, đặc biệt trong các chủ đề như tìm việc, tạo CV, tuyển dụng, thị trường lao động, lương thưởng, ngành nghề, phỏng vấn và công ty tuyển dụng. Phân tích fan-out queries, search intent, câu hỏi ngầm định và các nhu cầu thông tin để đề xuất và triển khai nội dung phù hợp, tăng độ phủ brand. Hỗ trợ tối ưu nội dung theo hướng dễ được trích dẫn bởi AI, bao gồm cấu trúc thông tin rõ ràng, câu trả lời trực diện, dữ liệu đáng tin cậy, entity coverage, topical authority và khả năng đáp ứng nhiều intent + sub-topics liên quan. Theo dõi và đề xuất các cơ hội gia tăng share of voice trên các nền tảng AI Search, AI Overview và các công cụ trả lời bằng AI.
