JOB DESCRIPTION

Promote the globalization of product management strategies.
Create and implement global product management plans.
Evaluate and modify strategies to ensure effectiveness.
Direct the Product Management Department in Vietnam.
Guide and support IT communicators and Product Owners.
Manage and develop office staff.
Collaborate with product managers at the Japanese headquarters to enhance product offerings.
Develop and implement training programs for Product Managers.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Demonstrated track record in product management in the software industry.
Exceptional multitasking and project management abilities, including managing diverse stakeholder groups.
Previous experience in a start-up or venture setting, preferably with exposure to zero start-up or similar environments.
Proven capability in leading a team with 10 or more members.
Proficiency in Japanese language at a professional level in reading, writing, and speaking.
Effective Global Communication: Ability to collaborate with teams from different cultures, specifically Japan, Vietnam, and other locations.
Logical Thinking: Capacity to convey and comprehend concepts logically to ensure clarity among stakeholders.
Positive Mindset: Eagerness to engage stakeholders positively and embrace challenges and changes with adaptability.
Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to evolving situations and approaches, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Empathy: Demonstrating empathy in all interactions, in alignment with the company's culture.
