JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with teams to create a product roadmap aligned with the company's mission. Create a vision that balances user needs and business goals.
Manage Product Development Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features and updates on time. Implement agile methodologies and prioritize feature development based on impact and feasibility.
Lead Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Use data analytics to identify opportunities, optimize conversion funnels, and experiment with new features.
Track and Measure Success: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user growth, engagement, and revenue. Use metrics to evaluate product initiatives and make changes based on insights.
Innovate with Emerging Technologies: Explore AI, machine learning, and real-time data solutions to enhance platform capabilities.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience: Strong background in product management or Growth Hacking/Integrated Marketing & Communication with at least 4 years of experience in a high-growth fintech environment in Vietnam's stock market. Proficiency in stock market, trading platforms, and financial technology is required.
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development processes, APIs, and data infrastructure. Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical requirements, as demonstrated by successful technical product managers in other companies.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) to derive actionable insights. Comfortable setting and tracking KPIs to guide product decisions.
Customer Obsession: Proven ability to conduct user research and translate feedback into product features. Empathy for users is essential.
Growth Mindset: Experience in driving user acquisition and retention through experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
Deep expertise with stock market data, trading platforms, or financial APIs.
Experience with AI/ML-driven features or real-time data processing.
Prior success in scaling a product at a startup.
