Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Product Manager is responsible for the overall success of a product, from conception to launch and beyond. This includes defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, working with engineering to develop the product, and marketing and selling the product to customers. The Product Manager must be a strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and execute the development of products;
Manage the product roadmap, including planning and prioritizing product releases;
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities;
Monitor product performance and provide insights to stakeholders;
Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards;
Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and product requirements;
Manage and lead a team of product management professionals;
Encourage and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, marketing, and design teams;
Develop and articulate an inspiring vision for the product management team and ensure team members are aligned with company goals and objectives;
Foster an innovative and agile team environment that encourages risk-taking, experimentation, and continuous learning;
Monitor team performance and provide mentoring, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing or related field;
Technical education background is a plus;
5+ years of experience;
Experience in developing digital financial solutions is a plus;
Experience in developing growth hack features is a plus;
Customer empathy;
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Ability to think critically and solve problems;

Choose and deploy scalable test frameworks for web, API, and microservices (such as Cypress, Selenium, Gherkin). Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD on GCP/Kubernetes). Develop strategies for test data management and ensure environment readiness for consistent automated runs. Promote Shift-Left Testing by incorporating quality practices from design to production. Coach development teams to write and maintain various tests like Functional, Regression, Smoke, UAT, E2E, Performance, and Security. Collaborate with developers to enable parallel test execution, quick feedback loops, and high release confidence. Establish and monitor quality KPIs such as test coverage, pass rate, defect leakage, and release stability trends. Create dashboards using tools like Xray or custom visualizations to provide visibility into product quality for both QA and engineering teams. Conduct detailed bug analysis to help developers understand root causes, recurring patterns, and upstream quality gaps. Implement improvement plans based on defect trends, through better test coverage, improved requirement clarification, or development best practices. Lead and develop a QA Automation team across the engineering organization. Organize pair testing sessions, QA guilds, and skill-sharing activities with developers and testers. Provide career development, feedback, and guidance to QA team members. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership on quality goals. Expand automation and quality practices across teams and products. Drive initiatives that enhance release confidence, cycle time, and regression resilience.
