JOB DESCRIPTION

Supporting the product vision set by the CEO and implementing strategies to bring it to fruition.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and improve the product to maximize user value.
Ensuring alignment with the product vision and overseeing successful product delivery.
Working with team members to facilitate the effective transition of product requirements from design to development to release.
Translating high-level product requests into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Participating in the product prototyping process.
Embracing an Agile mindset and prioritizing backlog items for continuous product delivery.
Managing the reporting process to maintain transparency on project progress.
Using data, market research, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to add more value to our customer base and attract potential customers.
Ensuring the feasibility of product development by collaborating closely with engineering and development teams.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Adaptability to learn new domains and technologies quickly.
Effective communication skills for engaging with business leaders and individual contributors.
A product-oriented mindset focused on delivering value to the business and users.
Ability to articulate the purpose and objectives behind a product.
Competence in defining use cases, user stories, and use scenarios.
Previous experience in overseeing the entire product cycle.
Strong project management skills and ability to work well in a team.
Prior involvement in early-stage start-ups.
Experience working with international product teams remotely.
Familiarity with the industrial manufacturing sector.
Understanding of AI applications, along with the associated opportunities and challenges.
Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, physics, or related fields, with a preference for a focus on AI or machine learning.
