Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Senior Product Manager for Mobile Apps, you’ll play a critical role in driving the digital growth and online sales across our vital mobile app channel. Reporting into the Product Director, you’ll be responsible for turning our Global Mobile App product into our most valuable engagement and sales channel. In this essential role, you’ll be identifying, defining and executing your own product strategy and roadmap, and leading an agile squad to create a best-in-class customer mobile app experience that drives re-engagement, new customer acquisition and conversion, to ultimately become the number one digital sales channel for Company across the globe.
You’ll be motivated by a fast-paced, agile environment and excel at managing multiple product initiatives simultaneously to drive immediate change and growth for the business. You will drive new product strategy through identifying, analysing and implementing game changing innovations as well as improving the existing mobile app performance through using data analytics, research and insight to identify incremental improvements for growth.
To be a successful candidate, you will be passionate about customer-facing mobile app experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Partnering closely with your technical, data analytics and design teams, you’ll be driving the release of our next-generation mobile app product, with regular changes and constant iteration, using quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure the success and value of your product change.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Product leadership across the Company end-to-end mobile app channel, driving acquisition, retention, loyalty and sales for all our global markets.
Define and execute the product strategy and vision for our mobile apps, leveraging data driven insights to identify the key areas where improvement is needed; and guiding your team to define product roadmaps to deliver and execute against.
Lead, support and motivate a cross-functional squad to further shape the product strategy and product roadmap. Reinforce high standards across the entire end-to-end product ideation, prioritisation and development process.
Lead by example. Live in the data, know and understand the user journeys and technology platform that underpins that. 
Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.  
Define and effectively communicate digital-based roadmaps and proactively sell that vision to internal stakeholders.
As well as driving and executing your product strategy, deliver critical features and capabilities to support the development of the Franchisee business.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Experience:
5+ years professional digital experience in an Agile, e-commerce environment
Experience product managing transactional native app digital products across iOS & Android
Other:
Clear examples of driving scaled digital improvements to support significant business growth 
Excellent understanding of customer-centric user experience best practices
Background in optimising digital experiences through experimentation and A/B testing
Technical understanding, with hands-on experience in operating systems, platforms and architecture across mobile app technologies.
Experience with mobile app data performance and measurement tools, with strong analytical skills and the ability to build data driven insights.
Extensive experience in a customer-driven organisation with a customer first mind-set.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to shape, promote, share and inspire colleagues.
Desire to seek out and embrace new ways of working.
Degree-educated preferred.
