Product Manager (Associate)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Research & planning
Provide hands-on insights and direction on financial workflow tools
Work with leadership to manage product roadmap and backlog
Study, gather and share knowledge about customers and competitors
Features development
Responsible for feature verticals: from research to release
Map out use cases, flows, wireframes, and requirements
Run kickoff feature meetings with development squads
Work closely with design, engineering, QA, design, and Sales/CS
Listen for feedback. Understand and discuss implementation
Test features and use the product daily to point out issues and enhancements

JOB REQUIREMENT

1-3 years of product/UX design
Critical thinking skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly engaged and responsive
Ability to lead product through reason, not power
Understanding of financing; venture or private equity (a plus)
Enterprise product experience (a plus)
