Product Manager (Remote fulltime)

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Manager at our Client, you will be leading the product management of RFOX VALT. RFOX VALT is a fully immersive shopping experience compatible with Virtual Reality. Combining game elements, RFOX VALT forms its own standalone metaverse experience. You will be working side-by-side with project management teams and technical teams including developers & designers.  
You are passionate about gaming, product design and also up to date with the latest technologies in virtual reality. You are an expert in working with cross-functional teams (internal and 3rd parties) and able to take control of the product development life-cycle (e.g., product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch) in partnership with the Product Owner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direction and vision for how we can improve our product, folding in product requirements gained from multiple sources to identify current and future customer needs
Drive the design and implementation of user outcomes end-to-end, including capturing and technically documenting feature requests from an array of partners (both internal and external) and working with product designers to develop workflow diagrams, storyboards, wire-frames and prototypes
Work closely with partners across the company to communicate plans and build a collaborative environment with transparency and visibility
Analyzing and iterating quickly on product performance, focusing on quantitative metrics and a data driven approach
Growing the product feature set in connection with the greater Labs vision

JOB REQUIREMENT

Prior experience as a Technical Product Manager working cross-functionally with different teams across the company
2+ years of experience in project management, managing and mentoring teams
Experience developing zero to one platform products with a technical team
Passion for user-based product feedback and iteration
Track record of improving product performance over both short and long-time windows
Diverse experience in product development, having worked on multiple products across multiple platforms
Ability to work autonomously with globally distributed teams and partners
Familiarity with embedded or mobile systems experience (Android/iOS)
Experience in mobile game development
Experience in product design
A portfolio of work that demonstrates a breadth of visual and interaction design skills (part of the CV)
Have a data-driven mindset
Strong English documentation and communication skills
Proven collaboration with engineering, design, and program management to ship user facing products in games, web, mobile, and/or AR/VR
Strong expertise in product optimization & DevOps  
Strong knowledge of Unity ecosystem and/or development with Unity
Knowledge of Unity ecosystem and/or development with Unity
Experience working in AR and VR environments
UI/UX Design experience using Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
Experience in implementing Blockchain and NFT projects is a plus!
