JOB DESCRIPTION

Identify and expand product features to enhance product quality and customer retention:
Recognize opportunities for developing appropriate solutions, conducting research to validate them, and testing their effectiveness.
Manage the entire product lifecycle to keep products updated and relevant to technological advancements and user requirements:
Oversee Agile processes, monitoring product progress and ensuring timely deliveries.
Work with technical and product teams to establish product roadmaps that align with the overall product vision and strategy.
Regularly assess product metrics and objectives and manage prioritized backlogs based on technical capabilities.
Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain high product quality:
Engage with stakeholders to allocate resources effectively and prioritize tasks.
Foster close collaboration with the technical team to gather feedback and address technical issues.
Develop and test new initiatives to introduce innovative features:
Test new features and innovative products tailored to the needs of our target customers.

JOB REQUIREMENT

More than 3 years of product management or equivalent experience in a technology context, with a strong history of managing product lifecycles and delivering impactful products.
Proven ability to deliver solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction.
Comprehensive knowledge of user research methods and the capacity to translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to explain intricate concepts in a straightforward manner.
Proficient in analysis and problem-solving, with a preference for making decisions based on data.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and relevant tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Proficiency in English

Empathetic: Displays genuine concern for customer experiences and strives to comprehend users on a deeper level.
