Product Marketing Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for our Web3 products to drive user acquisition and retention.
Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize brand awareness and product adoption.
Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing performance, including A/B testing and user segmentation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and innovative marketing team.
JOB REQUIREMENT
5+ years of experience in product marketing within the tech industry
Expertise in data analytics, A/B testing, and leveraging data to optimize marketing strategies.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive product growth and market penetration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas.
Interest in and understanding of Web3, blockchain, and DeFi
Ability to lead and inspire teams, as well as collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
Strong professional English language proficiency
