JOB DESCRIPTION

Formulate and implement successful go-to-market strategies for our Web3 products to boost user acquisition and retention.
Spearhead and implement diverse marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and product uptake.
Use data analysis to enhance marketing effectiveness, employing A/B testing and user segmentation.
Work closely with various teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
Guide and nurture team members to cultivate a high-performing and creative marketing team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Extensive experience in product marketing within the tech industry, with a minimum of 5 years.
Proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, and using data to improve marketing strategies.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to expand product reach and market presence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with teams and convey complex concepts.
Interest and comprehension of Web3, blockchain, and DeFi.
Capability to lead and motivate teams, and collaborate well with various stakeholders.
Understanding of agile product development methodologies.
Proficient in professional English language communication.
